Designing For The Web: London

Designing for the Web Workshops

Designing For The Web: London, aim to teach you techniques for designing your website using the principles of graphic design. Featuring five sections, each covering a core aspect of graphic design: Getting Started, Research, Typography, Colour, and Layout. Learn solid graphic design theory that you can simply apply to your designs, making the difference from a good design to a great one.

Spend the day with Mark Boulton in this intimate, one-day workshop. Mark will walk you through a case study design from start to finish; from ideas and research through to typesetting, layout and colour palettes. In addition to covering in-depth, practical design theory, you will be participating in several group activities. This is a workshop, not a day-long presentation. We’ll be finishing up with Q&A and a site critique, so bring along your sites and, together, we’ll work through suggestions and improvements.
